BOOKING POLICIES

-Schedule or reschedule with at least 48 hour notice.

-Any paid service must be utilized within 6 months of purchase.

- Reduced rates are available based on need or during special promotional periods.

-Payment plans are available upon request, but each payment must precede the next session.

-No refunds available. Extensions may be granted for extenuating circumstances.

-Coaching is not therapy and therefore diagnostic and procedural codes are not available for billing insurance.
